I wanted a protective shell for my Kindle that wouldn't be bulky (or ugly).This one works great.It is much sturdier than I expected, and I feel my Kindle is safe when it's in there.It fits my Kindle 2 like a glove.I found out this morning that it's water resistant... or coffee resistant, as I spilled my coffee all over it.It left a light coffee-stain mark on the sleeve, but no harm to my Kindle.My only little complaint is that it becomes quite lumpy when you put the charging cord in the back pocket.The sleeve fits the Kindle so snugly that there isn't room for anything wider than a business card in that back pocket without becoming lumpy.Still, highly recommended by me.
